During our stay at Ibis, we had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff quickly offered us a replacement room with a view. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the train station and main tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was just a short walk from the central station and close to the center of the city. Being near the historic center of this city was a major advantage for me as I wanted to explore the beautiful sights. Additionally, I was pleased to find that there were many restaurants, grocery shops, and shopping areas nearby, including some huge malls. The hotel staff was very friendly and the place was always kept clean. this hotel provided all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and the main train station. It was easy to explore the city from here. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
The room felt a bit outdated, especially compared to the bathroom. the bed was quite small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from the central railway station and within easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-sealed glass door in the bathroom and steady hot water in the shower. The hotel also offers a convenient automatic checkout process.
The poor service orientation and unfriendly staff at the reception desk were a disappointment.
